Land Purchase Rules

At USA Land Sales, we want your land purchase experience to be positive and productive. That’s why we’ve outlined our land purchase rules to guide you through the process.

A few important notes:

  • All land sales take place online.
  • Completing the online process to purchase land indicates your acceptance of the following terms (listed below) and any other terms we announce on the listing page.
  • All terms and rules apply to your purchase whether you are purchase yourself, through a representative, or by phone, internet, or other absentee purchase.

Payment Terms

You will have four days to complete your due diligence before your USA Land Sales invoice is due. During this time, you can gain further information the property you purchased to make your final decision prior to completing payment. We recommend you review each item listing in detail and contact USA Land Sales customer support as necessary. Keep in mind all sales are final, unless under a special condition determined by USA Land Sales.

Right to Refuse a Purchase

The USA Land Sales team has the right to refuse any property purchase—to withdraw a lot, determine a successful buyer, cancel a sale, and re-offer and resell a property in dispute—this refusal is conclusive, absolute, and final.

Liability

In no event will the liability of USA Land Sales to any purchaser with respect to any property exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such property.

All properties must be paid within four working days from the date of purchase. All buyers will be notified of their total payment amount via email and will be supplied a PayPal link to use for credit card payments. USA Land Sales accepts all major credit cards through PayPal, cashier's checks, money orders, and bank wire transfers for payment of your total amount due.

Property Condition 

USA Land Sales strives to describe all properties accurately in each listing. All properties are sold "as is" and neither USA Land Sales nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property. In no event shall USA Land Sales be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin or condition of the property, and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.
